We’re delighted to announce the appointment of Andy Gerch as PEP Health’s first Chief Growth Officer.
Andy joins PEP Health during a period of strong momentum, as patient experience becomes a central strategic lever for healthcare CEOs and boards, with growing links to trust, access, quality outcomes, and financial performance.
Andy brings deep experience scaling healthcare technology businesses, with a career spanning enterprise growth, go-to-market strategy, and senior leadership roles across healthcare and technology. As Chief Growth Officer, Andy will lead enterprise growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and customer adoption as the company scales its presence across the U.S. and internationally.
“Andy’s leadership experience and approach align strongly with where PEP Health is headed. He understands the realities of healthcare delivery and what it takes to scale a platform that healthcare leaders rely on for decision-making.” — Dr. Mark Lomax, CEO of PEP Health.
PEP Health analyzes millions of unsolicited online patient comments from across review sites, forums, and social media platforms to deliver timely, validated insight into patient experience. Its proprietary technology identifies emerging trends, predicts HCAHPS and CMS Star Ratings outcomes, and surfaces experience risks earlier than traditional surveys, enabling payers and providers to act sooner and with greater confidence.
“I’m excited to join PEP Health at a time when patient experience and trust are directly tied to healthcare performance. The team has built a rigorous, validated approach to understanding patient experience at scale, and the opportunity to expand that impact across the healthcare system is substantial.” – Andy Gerch, Chief Growth Officer of PEP Health
Andy’s appointment reflects PEP Health’s continued investment in enterprise readiness as demand grows for predictive experience intelligence among hospitals, health systems, and payers.
