PEP Health's 2026 US Hospital Rankings for Patient Experience have been featured again in Becker's Hospital Review, highlighting a growing national focus on patient-centered quality.

The rankings identify hospitals across the US that delivered consistently exceptional experiences through the eyes of patients and families, by using AI to analyze what they said online across social media and review sites every day between September 2024 and August 2025.

This recognition comes at a pivotal point. A new report from Sage Growth Partners shows nearly half of hospital and health system executives now rank patient experience as their top strategic priority and see AI as essential to achieving it.
